The Port of Port Orford (the “Port”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design, procure, and construct a Seawater Delivery System. This project aims to meet the urgent need for undiluted seawater access among businesses and organizations operating in the Port’s vicinity.
The Seawater Delivery System will temporarily meet our needs until we complete the planned High-Capacity Seawater Delivery System. The high-capacity system depends on proposed federal funding and support from the Oregon State Legislature. Once the high-capacity system is operational, this system will serve as a supplemental and backup system thereafter.
